Cityserve is the leading education catering and cleaning provider in Birmingham. We provide facilities management services to over 450 schools in the city. If you are looking for a challenge, we have opportunities for the following positions based at Waterlinks House, Richard Street, Aston, Birmingham, B7 4AA, working 36.5 hours per week.

An inspirational leader of a successful team, you will provide direction, drive and information to deliver budgeted financial and operational performance of the organisation. You must possess an excellent understanding and experience of the commercial facilities management industry. Revenue and Operations Manager (£40,254-£50,315) - Ref No: CN1242013J

Managing all aspects of operations and revenue streams you are required to be an innovative and entrepreneurial person with a proven track record in delivery of services, financial performance and achieving KPI's. You will need to motivate lead and engage a team of Client Managers to deliver continuous improvement and manage client relationships in a commercial manner whilst ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Client Managers (£32,072-£39,351) - Ref No: CN1642013J

Responsible for approximately 20 Client sites that vary in their facilities and size, the role requires a multi-site, multi-discipline manager with strong financial acumen. You will be required to manage the delivery of a quality service, contract retention and achieve KPIs and targets. You will need to maximise current and potential sales within a specific area whilst ensuring client/customer satisfaction. Strong negotiating and client relationship skills are therefore essential.
