The Caterer launches Technology Prospectus 2017

The Caterer has launched its Technology Prospectus for 2017, designed to guide operators through the software and systems that will help drive business in the coming year.

Produced in association with Hospa, the guide details the solutions that will stand the test of time and make a significant productivity and profitability difference to hospitality businesses.

The guide explores the latest customer recognition management systems that mean it's possible to greet diners with their favourite tipple, solve issues before a customer has even made a complaint, and even lay out a room to bespoke requirements.

It also examines the latest point of sale systems that enable even the smallest operator to enjoy the business benefits afforded by simple payment solutions, and considers which payment solutions will provide the best means of streamlining purchasing practices.

The Caterer Technology Prospectus editor James Stagg said: "This new product is designed as a year-round resource and reference point for operators considering harnessing the efficiency savings made possible by the latest technology.

"All the elements of an enterprise are covered, from customer acquisition right through property management systems to payment. We also speculate on the technologies that may change your business in the years to come. This is an operator's comprehensive guide to technology for the year ahead."
