The future of food service to be debated at industry forum

Tickets are still available for next week's Allegra Strategies' Food Strategy Forum in which industry experts will predict trends for the decade ahead.

Already attracting senior decision makers in the sector, the Future of Foodservice 2020 will offer forum members and interested industry professionals practical insight, information and advice on specific long-term trends by exploring what the food service market will look like in 2020.

The event will be held on Wednesday 19 October at Home House London. Speakers include Emmer Frazer, head of restaurant at Google UK, and Mike Faers, former head of food for McDonald's. Along with others, they will discuss expected developments in food and technology - and what it will mean for operators. Full details are contained in Allegra Strategies' event brochure.
