The Mentors: Lee Cash

Lee Cash is co-founder of the Peach Pub Company, which opened its first new-build pub, the Almanack, in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, last November. Peach is a former Caterer Adopted Business, and Cash and business partner Hamish Stoddart have taken the group to 10 sites, having founded the food-led group in 2002.
Cash trained at catering college then the Bath Spa hotel before joining Raymond Blanc's Le Petit Blanc brasserie chain, where he was general manager of its flagship Birmingham restaurant. The Peach Pub Company was named as one of Caterer's Best Places to Work in 2008.
