The Museum of London Docklands, Bar and Restaurant Opportunity

Canary Wharf
Bar/Restaurant Opportunity

A rare opportunity to operate in one of the most dynamic locations in London

The Museum of London Docklands seeks expressions of interest from companies for the operation of its bar/restaurant space (currently operating as 1802) and its visitor café both located in a stunning Grade 1 listed building.

Located on West India Quay in the heart of the Canary Wharf business community, 1802 offers an excellent business opportunity.

Operating under a concession contract the appointed company will need to demonstrate through experience and reference sites the ability to operate a successful bar/restaurant concept with turnover in excess of £750,000.

The five year contract, which will be awarded following competitive tender, will commence in January 2011. The appointed company will be expected to make a capital contribution towards the refurbishment of the bar in early 2011.

Initial expressions of interest should be directed to:

Fiona Boyd-Thorpe
Food Service Associates
PO Box 48, Henley-on-Thames
Oxfordshire RG9 3EX
01491 411735 or by email fiona@fsa-ltd.co.uk

Closing date for the pre qualification documentation is Wednesday 9th June 2010
