Ingredients

Sponge fingers
Marsala
Espresso coffee
Crème de cacao
Mascarpone cheese
Double cream - whipped
Grated chocolate

Method

In a ramekin soak sponge in coffee and Marsala. Layer with whipped cream cheese and crème de cacao. Finish with grated chocolate and chocolate coffee cream.
