Vacherin appoints new commercial director
London catering company, Vacherin has appointed Zoe Watts as commercial director following the promotion of Phil Roker to managing director.
Watts, who has experience in a number of senior catering, operations and events positions at venues such as the Natural History Museum, the Tate Museums and the Royal Society of Arts.
Watts said: "I love everything about Vacherin. It's an honour to be joining a business that is setting a pace that competitors need to match. I can't wait to get started."
Roker added: "Zoe completes our new senior team, so this is an exciting time for us. She will ensure we maintain the highest service standards; have best-in-class societal and environmental policies; and enjoy commercial success all at the same time."
The appointment comes as part of Vacherin's plan to restructure the team.
Mark Philpott has been appointed to chairman, while Clive Hetherington remains as executive finance director. Sam Feenan has been recruited as head of finance, purchasing and administration.
