Vacherin names Debbie Loxley new operations manager
London catering firm Vacherin has appointed Debbie Loxley as operations manager.
Loxley joins from Compass Group's executive dining division Restaurant Associates where she was a service director for a client in the banking industry responsible for catering for 8,000 people across three sites.
Prior to that, 16 of her 25 years experience in the catering industry were spent at Directors Table, the former fine-dining brand of Sodexo.
Her new role will include working closely with the rest of the head office team to manage the operation of Vacherin's catering services at 10 sites, including property company CB Richard Ellis and insurance broker JLT.
Loxley described the move from a large catering operation to a specialist boutique firm as a dramatic change. "I am very excited about my new role. I wanted to work for a company where I could feel like part of a team and where my ideas and opinions would be highly valued."
Managing director Mark Philpott, added: "I have known Debbie for many years and I am extremely excited to be working with her once again.
"Debbie is very experienced and knowledgeable about the catering industry and I am confident that she will have a good handle on the inner workings of the company alongside our other operations manager, Zoe Moulson."
