Vacherin turnover breaks £15m for first time
The firm attributes the success to six new contract wins worth in excess of £2m in annual turnover and achieving 100% retention rates for the second year running - worth a further £2m.
Competitive tender wins included Battersea Power Station Development Corporation, Nordic corporate bank SEB and specialist law firm Dechert.
In 2015 the business was awarded a three-star rating from the Sustainable Restaurant Association and was named as one of the top 20 fastest growing foodservice companies in a report compiled by AlixPartners.
The firm also rolled out smart phone technology at its sites to allow diners to review nutrients in a meal before purchasing it to pay for items with their phone.
Mark Philpott, managing director and co-owner, said: "Our strategy of serving bespoke catering and front-of-house services in London's commercial and institutional heartland is continuing to prove successful. This success is down to our ability to put clients' priorities before our own; have absolute integrity; and obsess about food and service quality."
Clive Hetherington, finance director and co-owner, added: "Our consistent business retention record together with our performance in competitive tenders in recent years has been instrumental in driving our growth - which in the past three years has seen our turnover increase by 38%.
"This has all been achieved through our commitment to steady organic growth in our core area of expertise. The result is a financially robust organisation with a strong balance sheet and prospects for the coming year continuing to look very positive."
