Valrhona chocolate fondue
Ingredients
(serves six)
200ml cream
200ml milk
50g sugar
50g butter
600g dark chocolate pistils
To serve: toasted marshmallows, bananas, strawberries, nougatine
Method
In a pan, warm the cream, milk, sugar and butter. Whisk in the chocolate until dissolved, adjust with a little milk if necessary.
Serve hot in a fondue pot with toasted marshmallows, bananas, strawberries and nougatine.
