Via 360 wins contract to provide reception services at Hilton Worldwide HQ
Charlton House's sister business Via 360 has won a contract to provide reception services at Hilton Worldwide's head office.
Both businesses are part of CH&Co and Charlton House currently delivers the catering and hospitality for the client.
The contract, which began this week, sees Via 360 manage the reception and post room services for the 550 staff at the Hilton's Maple Court offices.
This is the first time that Hilton Worldwide has outsourced these roles and the contract awarded to Via 360 is for an initial three-year tenure with a two-year add-on option. A team of seven Via 360 employees will manage the service.
Hilton Worldwide's history with Charlton House dates back to 2002 when it was first awarded the contract to provide employee meals at Maple Court, followed by the addition of hospitality services there in 2008.
Via 360 managing director Paul Hurren said it was a great win for the company. "Hilton Worldwide] is a highly prestigious brand with a reputation for quality and for exacting standards. We are very excited to be representing them as their front of house team," he said.
"In a challenging, highly competitive marketplace, Via 360's pledge is to create the right impression for staff, customers and visitors from the moment they enter our client's building until the moment they leave."
