Video: Nico Ladenis accepts Lifetime Achievement Catey

Veteran chef and restaurateur Nico Ladenis was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award Catey at the 2015 Cateys, held at Grosvenor House, a JW Marriott hotel, on Tuesday 7 July.
Ladenis, now 81, is famed for having won three Michelin stars at his restaurant Nico at Ninety and 10 out of 10 in the Good Food Guide for his restaurant Nico at Ninety within the Grosvenor House hotel on London's Park Lane, inspiring a generation of chefs in the process.
Accepting his award, Ladenis, 81, reflected on his long career in hospitality and how he entered the world of restaurants.
