Claudio Pulze's Vinum has been named exclusive event caterer at London venue Vinopolis.
Vinum, which was set up in 2001 by restaurateur Pulze to open the venue's destination restaurants Cantina Vinopolis, Brew Wharf and Wine Wharf, will take over as sole event caterer from 1 August.
Sam Cox, managing director of Vinopolis, said that great food is as important as great wine at successful events.
"Claudio is an inspiration to us all and I am confident that his team at Vinum will deliver outstanding results for our clients," he said. "We are extremely excited about having event catering which will be as unique and innovative as Vinopolis itself."
Celebrated restaurateur Pulze has opened more than 35 restaurants in London since 1975 in collaboration with chefs including Marco Pierre White, Gordon Ramsay, Marcus Wareing and Jason Atherton.
He said: "My fantastic team, headed up by executive chef Moges Wolde, is passionate about quality ingredients and we know that we can bring back a sense of much-needed theatre to event catering.
"Eating out, whether it's in a restaurant or at an event, should always make you feel a special sense of occasion and give you that shiver of excitement and anticipation."
