Watalplan
Ingredients
250g grated jaggery
2 cups coconutmilk
1tsp 5-spice mix
6 eggs
Method
Warm the coconut milk and dissolve the jaggery by stirring in the flakes. Add the spice and whisk in the eggs.
Put the mixture in a baking dish to a depth of 2cm place dish in water bath and bake for 30 minutes or until set.
