Weight Watchers cookie packs for caterers from Walkers Shortbread
Following successful sales through retail, Weight Watchers' cookies have now been bundled into food service packs for caterers. The calorie-controlled treats, which are made under licence in the UK by Walkers Shortbread, list calories, saturated fats and fat-fighters' points values and are guaranteed free from animal fats, hydrogenated vegetable oils, artificial flavourings and colourings, and genetically modified organisms. There are two flavours - Double Choc Chip (with 102 calories and 1.1g of saturated fat per individual pack) and Ginger and Lemon (with 104 calories and 0.7g of saturated fat). The food service packs, available from major wholesalers, hold 60 individually portioned packs of two cookies with an overall fat-fighters' points value of 11/2 per pair.
