Wendy Bartlett to headline Arena Christmas Event

Wendy Bartlett, founder and chief executive of independent caterer Bartlett Mitchell, will headline the Arena Christmas Event at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London on 7 December.

Bartlett, who was this year awarded the Foodservice Caterer of the Year award at the Cateys, started the company 15 years ago with her business partner Ian Mitchell, following a career with Sutcliffe Catering and Compass Group.

Today Bartlett Mitchell has a turnover of more than £30m and operates at 87 locations around the UK with 800 staff.

Bartlett will address the audience of industry professionals about the company and its sister business Inn or Out Events, her passion for food and the value of a team.

Industry experts Horizons will also look back at 2015 and forward to 2016, spotlighting the highs and lows, key events, emerging trends and the ones to watch.
