Weymouth & Portland Borough Council – Expressions of interest sought for redevelopment of Beach office building

Expressions of interest are sought by Weymouth and Portland Borough Council to remodel or redevelop its existing Beach Office Building that is located centrally on the seafront at Weymouth.

The prominent two storey building currently houses the Council's beach office facilities, a retail unit, a catering kiosk, the covered entrance to Ladies Public Conveniences that extend beneath the building, two disabled toilets and a Changing Places Toilet. The Council envisages retaining or replicating its facilities but is seeking proposals that will also contain a significant commercial element compatible with adjacent seafront uses.
