What's the best way of informing my customers of what coffee I have on offer?

I've recently invested in a coffee machine and want to make sure my customers are aware of the coffee I now have on offer. What's the best way of doing this?

You've done the right thing in expanding your coffee offering, now it's all about shouting as loudly as you can about your new hot beverage repertoire! After all, food and beverage sales go hand in hand, so you'll be looking to maximise on the additional hot profits drinks such as cappuccinos and lattes generate.

The ideal way to capture customers' attention is point of sale material. Simply introducing posters and tent cards on tables depicting the coffee offering is a highly effective way of promoting your coffee. These are also a great way to advertise any food and drink deals you are offering - serving a cappuccino with a piece of cake or a muffin for a set price is a popular marketing tool and can be very effective in generating additional coffee and food sales during the quieter times of the day, such as mid morning and the afternoons.

Finally, don't forget to promote your offering to the outside world! Whether you're a country venue with passing traffic or a town establishment on a busy street, an outside swing sign coupled with striking door stickers will generate valuable passing trade.

Use these tips to effectively promote your exciting new coffee menu and the recent investment in a coffee machine will prove profitable in no time.
