Wilson Vale appoints in-house graphic designer

Foodservice company Wilson Vale has appointed an in-house graphic designer to deal with its growing design and branding needs.

She joins the company after seven years at the Rosemary Conley Group, where she oversaw all logo, branding and design elements, and is a graphic communications graduate of the Loughborough School of Art and Design.

The new appointment comes soon after the company took on Claire Long as sales director, taking the number of its board members up to five.

Commenting on her appointment, which officially started on 31 March, Wombwell said: "I am really enjoying the challenges of my new role to date. It's great to be part of a food-focussed business and to be given the creative freedom to use my design skills in a happy and productive working environment."

Leicestershire-based Wilson Vale has catering contracts across the UK, with recent appointments including a £200,000 deal with Wycliffe Hall in Oxford; the £450,000 renewal of its Royal College of Nursing deal; and late last year a one-year deal with design and high-street retailer Cath Kidston.
