Michelin-starred chef Angela Hartnett (pictured), CH&Co chief executive Robyn Jones OBE, and BHA chief executive Ufi Ibrahim are among the women recognised in the inaugural Women 1st Top 100 Most Influential Women listing.

The Top 100, which aims to celebrate the best in female achievement in the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism sectors, has been launched by Sector Skills Council People 1st.

The list was unveiled last night at an awards ceremony held at London's Savoy hotel, together with the 2011 Shine awards.

Natalie Bickford, chair of Women 1st and HR Director UK & Ireland at Sodexo, commented: "The launch of the inaugural Top 100 Most Influential Women in the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industry listing recognises the achievements of our sector's most inspirational leaders and showcases their success.
