Zafferano to cater at Natural History Museum ice rink

London caterer Zafferano has scooped a two-year deal to cater at the Natural History Museum ice rink.

Open from 4 November to 8 January, the ice rink is expected to receive tens of thousands of visitors, who will also be able to use the café. The two-storey pop-up, featuring an alpine ski resort ‘apres-skate' menu, will also be available to hire for private Christmas parties and corporate events, with packages due to be announced shortly.

Julian Saipe, managing director of Zafferano, said: "We are looking forward to developing the café offering from previous years and catering for the wide range of visitors the ice rink attracts every year, from families to corporate events."
