Zaha Hadid designed Serpentine Sackler Gallery opens

The Zaha Hadid designed Serpentine Sackler Gallery has opened this week operated by K&K London.

The former 1805 gunpowder store, located next to the Serpentine Gallery in London's Hyde Park, will accommodate a gallery, the Kofler & Kompanie restaurant, and an event space.

German chef Oliver Lange is heading up the kitchen, combining his passion for Japanese cooking with his own European heritage on the menu.

Dishes will include sea trout, pink lady apple and cucumber; seasonal leaf salad, Robata grilled vegetables and buttermilk; guinea fowl, chargrilled celeriac and baby spinach; and cod, cauliflower and ocean herbs.
