Neil Lodge, chief executive of Fosters Events, said: "We are absolutely delighted to have been chosen and given the responsibility of developing the food offer for Bristol Zoological Society at such an exciting time for the development and growth of the site.

"We will be working in close partnership with the Society to ensure that the offer we provide is aligned with the aims and values of the charity, and the exciting journey that they are on."

Jenny Stoves, visitor experience manager at Wild Place Project, added that the organisation was "hugely excited" to partner with Fosters as the catering company shared its sustainable and environmental aims.
