GH Event Catering names new development chef

East Lothian-based GH Event Catering has appointed Robbie Gleave to its senior management team as development chef.

Gleave joins the Scottish catering company with more than 30 years' industry experience including spells at the Ritz London, Gleneagles, the Royal Garden Party at Holyrood Palace and the Royal Enclosure at Royal Ascot. Most recently he spent 12 years with caterer Heritage Portfolio.
