Honi Poke to open four sites across London this year
Honi Poke is set to open four sites across London in the next five months and the group aims to have a site in every major UK city by 2023.
The new openings in Victoria, Southbank, St Paul's and Bishopsgate will join the existing 10-site portfolio, including the brand's first nationwide site, a delivery-only kitchen which opened in Manchester this month.
Founded by Vladimir Martynov and Kosta Varesko in 2017 with the help of Richard de la Cruz, development chef for Coya London and head chef at Arros QD, recent openings also included Fulham and Westfield Stratford.
The end of 2021 will see the brand operate a total of 14 sites nationwide. This expansion plan is coupled with the group's launch of delivery-only sushi brand Honi Sushi, which has five locations across London.
