Virtual Hospitality Aid concert to entertain audiences on Monday

The Hospitality Aid concert will see talented hospitality workers entertain online crowds while raising money for Hospitality Action on bank holiday Monday.

The concert will take place from 4pm to 8pm via Facebook page @hospitalityaid, with those tuning in encouraged to leave a tip for performers via online platform Tipjar, 50% of which will go to the industry charity.

Performers, who auditioned for their spots earlier in the summer, come from businesses including Pizza Pilgrims, Hotel Brooklyn, Brewdog, Giraffe and Krispy Kreme.

In June founders Chris Fletcher and Kieron Bailey of EXP101 told The Caterer: "We want to bring some positivity back to our amazing hospitality teams by giving them something to look forward to. For one day, we will unite our industry around the world as we encourage performers to sing and play, and inspire our viewers to give."

The concert has been supported by online training platform Harri.
