Hospitality relaxation podcasts launched by Now Pause campaign

Hospitality wellbeing campaign Now Pause has released a series of five-minute relaxation podcasts to help with the mental health of those returning to work this weekend.

Now Pause launched at the beginning of lockdown, and founder Craig prentice, from hospitality recruiter Mum, said the Take 5 podcasts were created for use in pre-service briefings and team meetings to help staff take five minutes to relax.

The podcasts cover five topics, including breathing, relaxation and mindfulness, and were created by wellbeing expert Andrew Johnson.

"Take 5 offers accessible, bite-sized relaxation tools which can be used anytime in or out of the workplace when you simply want time out," said Prentice.

The initiative, which Prentice launched with marketer Peter Kerwood, has been backed by The Caterer, Hospitality Action, Umbrella Training, Caterer.com and UK Hospitality.
