Proudest career moment When the previous bar manager at Claridge's called me three years ago and told me that the position of assistant bar manager was mine (after four interviews).
Greatest inspiration I have been privileged to work with a few true leaders who have inspired me to do better. They are my inspiration and I try to inspire my team in the same way.
Ambition I would love to run a group of bars that have similar standards and ideals, maybe somewhere a little warmer, which I am sure my family would appreciate!
Denis Broci has had a variety of management roles in numerous London restaurant bars including Brian Turner Mayfair and Maze.
He currently manages one of the most successful hotel bars in London, at Claridge's, where he has been managing a team of 12 for the past year. He trains both staff and hotel guests in the art of mixology and shares his cocktail skills at private events and parties.
