Proudest career moment Winning an Acorn award. I have also loved being asked to provide some of the talks within education over the past couple of years.
Greatest inspiration Working alongside John Campbell and Michael Caines has been extremely inspirational. Watching how passionate and dedicated they both are has kept my career exciting and helped me drive forward.
Ambition I want to be a general manager of a quality food-led hotel. My ultimate dream is to be an industry leader and an inspiration to other young talent the way I have been so privileged to have had.
