Ambition To be a general manager, but more importantly an inspirational leader within the industry.

Marianne Brown trained at the Thistle Euston, before assuming the role of guest relations manager, first at Cannizaro House hotel in Wimbledon and then at the Thistle Barbican.

Spells as front of house manager and front office manager followed at other London Thistle hotels before she achieved the role of operations manager at the Thistle Piccadilly and the Royal Trafalgar in Leicester Square.

Brown currently works as operations manager at Kensington Gardens. According to her nominator, her first general manager role isn't far away.
