Adamo Hotel Group restructures boutique management team

Scottish hotel firm Adamo Hotel Group has restructured its boutique management team.

Richard Turner, general manager at Adamo Stirling since 2008, has been made general manager of Adamo Bridge of Allan. Turner started his hospitality career in 2000 with the Town House Collection, Edinburgh, where he moved up the ranks at Channings.

Meanwhile, Ross Wallace, head chef at Stirling since 2006, will take over from David Maskell and become executive chef for the Adamo Hotel Group. Wallace started his career as commis chef for establishments such as the River House restaurant, Hilton Dunblane Hydro and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, before moving to the Cairns Hilton hotel as chef de partie. And John Rooney, assistant manager at Stirling, will take the helm at the city centre hotel as general manager.
