Advance Synergy to acquire Beaver hotel for £10.25m

Malaysia-based investment holding company Advance Synergy Berhad has announced its intention to acquire the Beaver hotel for £10.25m.

The group plans to buy the 38-bedroom hotel in London's Earl's Court from existing shareholders Jan Joseph Lis, Alexander Lis and Aurelian Jan Alexander Lis. The acquisition is being undertaken via Philbeach Gardens, a wholly owned subsidiary of Advance Synergy's Arosa company.

Future plans for the hotel could include renovation, remodelling and extending the property.

Advance Synergy already owns the Malaysia-based Holiday Villa Hotels and Resorts brand.
