Airport B&B sells off £1.5m asking price

The Shepiston Lodge B&B near Heathrow Airport in Hayes has been sold off a guide price of £1.5m.

The property offers 22 en-suite bedrooms, a 25-seat restaurant and bar, and a spacious rear garden.

It was sold by the Reading office of Colliers Robert Barry to investment vehicle Magnus Properties on behalf of the Dhawan family.
