Andrew McPherson appointed general manager of Titchwell Manor

Titchwell Manor in Norfolk has appointed Andrew McPherson as its new general manager.

McPherson was previously director of renowned pub, the Hoste in Burnham Market. He replaces the hotel's long-standing general manager Mark Dobby, who has moved on after more than 10 years of service.

McPherson started his career as a chef in Australia and spent more than 20 years at the Hoste as both head chef and then subsequently front of house in his role as general manager.

Eric Snaith, head chef and co-owner of the hotel, added: "We're over the moon that Andrew has joined us. We share the same passion and vision - for Norfolk as well as the hospitality business - and we're looking forward to working together to make Titchwell Manor even better."
