Andy Lowe appointed food and beverage director of Macdonald Hotels

Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, one of the UK's largest privately owned hotel groups, has appointed Andy Lowe as food and beverage director.

With more than 30 years' experience in the industry at operations such as GLH Hotels, David Lloyd Leisure, and Spirit Pubs, Lowe will be working to develop menus using local and seasonal produce.

I'm looking forward to getting to know the team, suppliers and customers over the coming weeks so that together we can build on the Macdonald Hotel's reputation and deliver a truly world class dining experience."
