Award winners buy the Loughpool Inn

David and Janice Birch have sold their award-winning pub, The Royal Oak in Dorset, and bought a 17th century inn at Sellack near Ross-On-Wye. The Loughpool Inn is set in extensive grounds, surrounded by farmland. The bar seats around 50 people, while the restaurant has capacity for 32 covers. Owner's accommodation comprises four bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The pub was sold by Stephen Bull for close to the asking price of £845,000. The agent was Colliers Robert Barry.
