Bay Tree House buys in Harrogate

Bay Tree House Limited has purchased the former Parnas Hotel in Harrogate.

The hotel, sold by retiring owners Cliff and Christine Naylor, now trades as Bay Tree House under the management of Simon Picton and Amanda Easton.

The hotel, renowned for its conference and exhibition halls, also offers nine letting bedrooms, a lounge bar, dining room and a lawned garden.

The property sold for close to the asking price of £700,000 through agent, Colliers Robert Barry.
