Birmingham hotels named dirtiest in the country

Birmingham hotels have been named the dirtiest in the country in a new survey.

According to hotel.info analysis of six million booking customers, guests were least satisfied with cleanliness at Birmingham hotels, with London coming a close second.

In world terms London is also second, behind Rio de Janeiro.

The website's users scored hotels out of 10. Sheffield is considered the UK city with the cleanest hotels with an 8.15 rating, with Liverpool in Second (8.12) and Bristol in third (8.10).
