Brandon Kida becomes chef de cuisine at New York Mandarin Oriental
Mandarin Oriental, New York, has appointed Brandon Kida as chef de cuisine for restaurant Asiate.
Kida has worked at culinary establishments that include New York's Lutèce, and L'Orangerie and Bastide, both in Los Angeles.
In December 2003, Kida joined Asiate's opening culinary team and was promoted to sous chef in 2005.
