Cendant signs franchise deal with Crowne Hotels

US hotel giant Cendant Hotel Group International has signed its first franchise deal since acquiring Ramada International Hotels & Resorts.
Cendant will rebrand and market four Butterfly Hotels in East Anglia, owned by Crowne Hotels Group.
Crowne Hotels operations director Clive Nicholls said: "Ramada is a strong global hotel brand that will generate increased national and international exposure across the East Anglian region through its sales and marketing efforts and worldwide reservations system."
The four hotels are in Bury St Edmunds, Colchester, King's Lynn and Peterborough.
