Coastal hotel in Seaham changes hands

Harbour View hotel in Seaham, County Durham, has been sold off a guide price of £500,000.

The hotel on North Terrace provides views across Seaham Harbour, the coastline and Seaham Green.

Facilities include eight en-suite bedrooms, a 25-seat restaurant, a fully-licensed bar, and two-bedroom owners' accommodation.

The Newcastle office of Christie & Co sold the freehold off a guide price of £500,000 to Richard and Sue Chwieseni on behalf of Ian Macfarlane and his wife.
