A Georgian country house hotel set within its own 10 acre grounds near the Cornish village of St Agnes has been placed on the market throughthe Exeter Office of agent Christie + Co.
A grade II-listed manor house, the Rose-In-Vale Country House Hotel in Mithian dates from the 18th Century.
It comprises 18 full en-suite letting bedrooms, a lounge bar, a cocktail lounge, a drawing room, a library and the Valley Restaurant/function room.
Outbuildings to the rear house a games room, sauna, stables and also include a detached two-storey stone-built cottage, which is used for the owner's accommodation.

"It has an established reputation for the more mature market, as well as the Valley Restaurant and a good level of wedding and conference business."
The hotel is offered for sale at an asking price of £1.5m for the freehold interest.
