Cotels open serviced apartments in Luton

18 August 2015 by

Cotels has opened its first serviced apartments at London Park House in Luton.

These newly built apartments offer an open-plan layout and come with a fully equipped kitchenette, an en-suite shower room and living space with a desk, PC and Wi-Fi.

Situated in Luton town centre, the apartments also offer laundry facilities, a games room, gym, garden, cinema and meeting rooms.

Marcia Gomez, managing director of Cotels, said: "We are delighted to be able to offer these stylish studio apartments at London Park House to complement our popular two-bed apartments at the Academy.

"The aparthotel style building (the first in our portfolio) will suit the needs of business and leisure travellers alike and will offer our guests not only fantastic apartments at a great rate, but also the many additional recreational facilities that they will be able to enjoy.

"With London being so easily accessible these apartments will be great as a money-saving opportunity for commuters too."

Established more than 18 years ago, Cotels now operates over 60 apartments at eight developments across Milton Keynes, Northampton and Luton.
