Cotswold hotel sells for close to a million

A prime high-street location has helped achieve a sales price of about £900,000 for the Ormonds Head Hotel in Tedbury. The property features 14 en suite letting bedrooms, a function room for up to 100 people, a bar and a 36-cover restaurant. New owners, Iain and Adrienne Bailey, who were specifically looking to buy a property in the Cotswolds, plan to develop the bar and restaurant trade. Agent was Robert Colliers Barry.
