Coworth Park appoints new food & beverage manager
The Dorchester Collection's 70-room luxury country house hotel and spa, Coworth Park, has appointed Andrew Dreverman as food and beverage manager to oversee all food and beverage outlets on the estate.
Dreverman will have responsibility for two restaurants and bars, private and in-room dining, and the Spatisserie. Restaurant Coworth Park showcases modern British dishes and a commitment to quality ingredients and depth of flavour, offered in a contemporary elegant setting. The Barn at Coworth Park provides a more casual option housed in an original barn frame with rustic features such as a stone fireplace, and a full wall of windows overlooking an outdoor terrace for al fresco dining.
Dreverman will work closely with executive chef Brian Hughson and report to Zoe Jenkins, general manager.
Australian born, Dreverman has extensive experience within international luxury hotel environments, joining from his most recent position as head of events and groups at The Berkeley. Previous roles include human resources management, as well as floor manager at Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney.
Zoe Jenkins, general manager at Coworth Park, commented: "We are delighted to have Andrew join us to lead and inspire the food and beverage department. His experience will ensure the highest of international standards are delivered in a style in keeping with our rural surroundings, key to positioning Coworth Park as one of the finest country house hotels in the world."
