Damien McNamara appointed sous chef at Fishmore Hall
Damien McNamara has been appointed sous chef at Fishmore Hall, where he will work for David Jaram in the three-AA-rosette Forelles restaurant. He joins from the Mustard Seed in Ballingarry. His new role will involve assisting Jaram to create new ideas and menus as well as managing the kitchen team at the 15-bedroom boutique property.
