Days Inn Sparkbrook sold

The Days Inn Hotel in Sparkbrook, Birmingham, has been sold off an asking price of £3m through agent Colliers Robert Barry.
New owner of the 52-bedroom hotel with restaurant, bars and extensive conference facilities, is hotel group Park Hotels, which plans to expand the property.
