Deganwy Quay hotel up for sale after holding company's administration

The Deganwy Quay hotel in Conwy in Wales has been put up for sale for £7m, after its holding company went into administration.

The hotel, which overlooks Conwy estuary, will continue to trade as normal as it is run separately under a lease by a different company.

The move came after administrator PricewaterhouseCoopers was appointed as administrator of non-trading holding company Albemarle Leisure earlier this year.

The 70-bed hotel has a spa and a two-AA-rosette restaurant.
