Derbyshire buyers for four-diamond Torquay hotel

First-time buyers David and Pamela Cole from Derbyshire have bought Mount Edgcombe hotel in Torquay from Michael Collen and Christian Hutchins, who have moved to the Old Manor House hotel in Somerset.

Facilities include 10 en-suite bedrooms and owner's accommodation made up of one bedroom, a lounge, a dining room, a kitchen and a dressing room/office that could serve as a second bedroom

The Bristol office of Forum Business Sales achieved the asking price of £575,000.
