Devon's Ring O Bells changes hands

The food-led freehold property is based in West Alvington, near Kingsbridge, in the South Hams district of Devon.

It attracts trade from the upmarket yachting town of Salcombe and the nearby coastal towns of Thurlestone and Bigbury.

Features include a lounge bar and public bar with 40 seats and a 60-seat dining area.

The first floor is a mix of public and private accommodation, including four en-suite letting bedrooms and two double private bedrooms with a utility room/office, kitchen, lounge and private patio.

There is also a separate en-suite bedroom for staff and parking for up to 25 cars.

The new owner, Wellington Pub Co, has leased the business to Coast and Country Inns.

Property agent Stonesmith of Exeter sold the inn on behalf of George and Rosemary Holdsworth who have run the property for more than six years.
